Airport Representative

About the role

Join MTS Globe’s dynamic airport team to deliver top‑level assistance to travelers. As the first point of contact, you will ensure a smooth, pleasant experience from arrival through departure.

Key responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check‑in, boarding and baggage inquiries.
• Provide up‑to‑date information on flight schedules, delays and airport facilities.
• Handle special assistance requests for elderly, disabled travelers or unaccompanied minors.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment within the terminal.
• Coordinate transport from the airport to hotels.
• Report any inconsistencies or changes to the main office promptly.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Advanced level of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in airport operations is preferred.
