About the role

Join MTS Globe’s dynamic airport team to deliver top‑level assistance to travelers. As the first point of contact, you will ensure a smooth, pleasant experience from arrival through departure.

Key responsibilities

Assist passengers with check‑in, boarding and baggage inquiries.
Provide up‑to‑date information on flight schedules, delays and airport facilities.
Handle special assistance requests for elderly, disabled travelers or unaccompanied minors.
Maintain a professional and welcoming environment within the terminal.
Coordinate transport from the airport to hotels.
Report any inconsistencies or changes to the main office promptly.

Required profile

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Advanced level of English; additional languages are a plus.
Previous experience in airport operations is preferred.
