Analyst - Order Management - Lead to Cash

About the role

The Order Management Analyst is responsible for improving the efficiency of the order-to-cash process. You will identify bottlenecks, propose enhancements, and ensure accurate order fulfillment to boost customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze root causes of issues in order management processes and implement quick resolutions.
• Develop and apply best practices for order processing to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Generate detailed reports on order status, inventory levels, and process performance.
• Define business requirements for workflow enhancements aligned with customer experience goals.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth order processing.
• Handle and process customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring all details are accurate and complete.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of order management processes and ERP tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with inventory management practices.
• Basic knowledge of customer service best practices.
• Optional certifications in order management or ERP tools are a plus.
