Analytics Product Engineer

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) is seeking an Analytics Product Engineer to build and maintain scalable, reusable data foundations for its Business Intelligence, Analytics & Reporting (BIAR) portfolio. You will act as the bridge between business analytics needs and IT‑delivered data structures, ensuring high‑quality, consistent semantic models for Power BI consumption.

Key responsibilities

• Design, certify and maintain reusable Power BI datasets and semantic models.
• Define best‑practice analytics data‑modeling standards and ensure consistent KPI logic across products.
• Collaborate with centralized IT teams to translate analytical requirements into structured data specifications.
• Integrate Master Data Management (MDM) structures into analytics layers and align with data‑governance glossaries.
• Promote modular, scalable dataset design to reduce duplication of calculations and KPI definitions.
• Establish quality standards for analytics data products and support certified dataset implementation.
• Mentor BIAR analysts on modeling best practices and raise technical maturity within the team.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in BI, analytics engineering, or data modeling.
• Strong focus on quality, structure and reusability of data assets.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders.
• Proactive collaboration with IT, MDM and data‑governance teams.
