App Development & Integrations Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a passionate App Development & Integrations Engineer to join our AI Onboarding Factory team. You will design and deliver innovative automation, generative AI, and ERP integration solutions that accelerate customer onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer processes, identify automation opportunities, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop application components, custom connectors, and maintain integrations between ERP systems, business applications, and third‑party platforms.
• Consume and integrate REST APIs, web services, and work with JSON and XML data formats.
• Design, configure, and optimize generative AI solutions, including AI assistants, copilots, and intelligent workflows.
• Integrate Large Language Models, implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, AI agents, and intelligent automation.
• Support customers during solution adoption, present technical designs, and provide functional and technical assistance throughout project delivery.
