نبذة عن الوظيفة
تفتح المندوبية الوزارية المكلفة بحقوق الإنسان باب الترشيح لشغل مناصب رؤساء الأقسام الشاغرة. يهدف المنصب إلى قيادة وحدة إدارية وتطوير أدائها بما يتماشى مع سياسات حقوق الإنسان الوطنية.
المهام الرئيسية
- إدارة وتنسيق أعمال القسم وتوجيه الفرق الإدارية.
- وضع خطط عمل استراتيجية وتطبيق منهجيات تحسين الأداء.
- متابعة تنفيذ السياسات والبرامج المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان.
- إعداد تقارير دورية وتقديم توصيات للجهات العليا.
الملف المطلوب
- طلب الترشيح مرفق بسيرة ذاتية توضح المؤهلات والمسار المهني.
- برنامج عمل ومنهجية مقترحة لتطوير الوحدة.
- رأي الرئيس المباشر في الكفاءة المهنية للمرشح.
- نسخة إلكترونية لجميع الوثائق المطلوبة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة إدارية لا تقل عن أربع سنوات في الخدمة العامة.
- حيازة درجة متصرف من الدرجة الثانية أو ما يعادلها.
- إجادة العمل الجماعي والقدرة على اتخاذ قرارات استراتيجية.
- معرفة القوانين والأنظمة المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان.
