Application Support Operate – Finance Systems

About the role

Deloitte is looking for an Application Support Operate to provide functional and financial support for Swift users across multiple regions, ensuring smooth operation of critical finance applications.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional and financial support to Swift users across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
• Troubleshoot complex issues in a multi‑application, multi‑region environment, coordinating with global and local finance teams.
• Manage the full incident lifecycle: identification, escalation, resolution, and post‑mortem communication.
• Analyze and resolve incidents and service requests related to financial applications.
• Document all incidents in the ticketing system and ensure proper closure or escalation.
• Meet KPIs such as customer satisfaction, first‑call resolution, and schedule adherence.
• Deliver a positive support experience and build strong relationships with users.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, knowledge‑base articles, and management standards.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in application support.
• Strong interest in information systems and IT risk management.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Operating systems: Windows Server (Active Directory), Unix.
• Database Management Systems: Oracle, SQL Server.
• ERP systems: SAP, SAGE.
• IT standards and frameworks: COBIT, ITIL, ISO 2700x.
• IT risk management methodologies.
