Appointment Setter – 7800 DH + bonuses

About the role

France Rénovation is expanding its call‑center team in Marrakech and seeks experienced appointment‑setting agents. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, securing meetings for the sales force, and contributing to the company’s growth in the French market.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in French, following a defined script.
• Identify decision‑makers, present service offers, and schedule qualified appointments.
• Handle objections professionally and maintain accurate call logs.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure lead quality.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment targets.

Required profile

• Significant experience in appointment setting, teleprospection, or call‑center environments, preferably targeting French customers.
• Fluent spoken French with clear articulation and strong argumentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage objections and close appointments.
• Excellent listening skills, relational aptitude, and a trustworthy demeanor.
• Result‑oriented, organized, autonomous and comfortable with performance‑based challenges.
