Appointment Setter (Commission-Based, Remote)

About the role
A proactive, results-driven Appointment Setter is sought for a growth team. You will initiate outreach, talk with prospects, qualify leads and book qualified meetings for the sales closers. The position is remote and can be part-time or full-time.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to potential clients by social media and other designated channels
- Build rapport, handle initial objections and qualify leads against the target client criteria
- Book qualified calls on the team calendar using scheduling tools
- Follow up with unresponsive leads and track conversations, lead status and notes
Required profile
- Fluent or near-fluent written Arabic and/or French
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-disciplined, persistent and highly organized with good follow-up habits
- Prior experience in appointment setting, cold outreach or sales development is an advantage; beginners are welcome
