About the role

ALTEN Maroc is seeking a Functional Architect to lead the definition and maintenance of functional requirements for Cockpit, Body, Infotainment and Connected Services systems in automotive projects. The role involves designing functional architecture models, ensuring traceability of requirements, and supporting cross‑functional teams throughout vehicle development.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and maintain functional requirements for Cockpit, Body, Infotainment and Connected Services.
• Design and update functional architecture models using CATIA V6 and View 5.
• Create, review and manage system requirements and traceability within ENOVIA.
• Manage product diversity and ensure consistency across vehicle configurations.
• Assess functional impacts of change requests on E/E architecture.
• Investigate root causes of technical issues reported in ALTIS/PLM and propose corrective actions.
• Generate and maintain Technical Function Design (TFD) and Sub System Design (SSD) deliverables.
• Lead technical review meetings with cross‑functional teams and produce related documentation.
• Define and manage calibration parameters according to project needs.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, project milestones and deliverable quality.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Embedded Systems.
• 5‑10 years of experience in automotive Electrical & Electronic (E/E) architecture, focusing on Cockpit, Body, Infotainment and Connected Services.
• Strong knowledge of requirements engineering, functional architecture design and system integration.
• Good understanding of the V‑cycle development process and automotive E/E architectures.
