Art Director

About the role

Publicis Global Delivery is looking for a talented Art Director to join its international creative team. You will create impactful retail and trade‑marketing experiences that bring global brands to life across in‑store environments, point‑of‑sale materials, and customer‑facing touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain technical and visual quality of all creative outputs and ensure consistent brand standards across retail, commerce, digital, video and print channels.
• Collaborate closely with Art Direction, Creative and Production teams to realise concepts, manage artwork processes and guarantee technical feasibility.
• Oversee colour management, proofing, print approvals and final releases while optimising workflow efficiency.
• Control quality of typography, image editing and final artwork, and contribute to the development of technical standards, templates and automated production processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as an Art Director, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and high‑quality design execution.
• Experience in retail, shopper marketing and point‑of‑sale communications.
• Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with fluent English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects.
• Experience with Figma and digital asset creation.
• Motion/video skills are a plus.
