About the role

Mandarin Oriental is seeking a qualified and passionate Asian Spa Therapist to deliver authentic Asian wellness treatments to our guests. The role combines traditional techniques with the brand’s high standards of service and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional spa treatments based on Asian healing traditions.
• Provide personalized service in accordance with Mandarin Oriental standards.
• Educate guests on the benefits of treatments and after‑care.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the treatment rooms.
• Assist in promoting spa services and products.
• Participate in regular training and development sessions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a spa therapist, ideally in a luxury spa environment.
• Certification or formal training in traditional Asian therapies.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and wellness practices.
• Warm, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
