About the role

The Asset Associate Manager will lead an inside‑sales team, ensuring clear direction, effective communication and continuous improvement. This position reports to senior management and plays a key role in driving project outcomes within ARROW GC’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clear direction and guidance to team members.
• Identify and address training needs for the team.
• Facilitate open and effective communication within the team.
• Collaborate with team members to develop creative solutions to challenges.
• Allocate resources efficiently to optimise project outcomes.
• Report regularly on team progress and key performance indicators.
