About the role
The Assistant Director of Rooms will join the Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team, supporting the Hotel Manager in delivering world‑class guest experiences across all rooms‑division areas.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of Front Desk, Guest Services, Concierge, Guest Experience and Housekeeping departments.
- Act as senior leader for Rooms Division when the Division Head is absent.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery and operational excellence throughout the property.
- Develop talent, coach teams and drive performance metrics.
- Collaborate with other hotel leaders to maintain the Four Seasons luxury standards.
Required profile

- Proven ability to drive performance and uphold high service standards.
- Experience in managing multiple rooms‑division functions in a luxury hotel environment.
