Assistant District Manager (Seasonal)

About the role

The Seasonal Assistant District Manager (ADM) supports the District Manager in overseeing multiple retail locations during the peak season. This full‑time, fixed‑term position runs from early September 2026 to late April 2027 and offers hands‑on leadership experience across six or more stores or kiosks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of assigned retail locations, ensuring compliance with company standards for setup, technology, and facilities.
• Lead recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of seasonal staff, and coordinate tax‑education training.
• Monitor employee performance, address quality or procedural issues, and partner with HR on training and employee relations.
• Maintain relationships with property managers and landlords, and execute corrective actions as needed.
• Drive business growth by retaining existing clients, attracting new customers, and enhancing brand awareness.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve complaints regarding policies and procedures.
• Track P&L performance, manage discount and productivity reports, and meet district revenue, cash‑control, and tax‑return targets.

Required profile

• Associate degree or equivalent business experience; coursework in management, tax preparation, or accounting is a plus.
• Minimum two years of management or supervisory experience.
• Strong interest in retail leadership and a passion for developing teams.
