Assistant(e) Chef de Projet Production

About the role

The company marocMaroc, a brand that modernises traditional beauty rituals, is expanding its international presence and its own boutique network. To support this growth, the team is looking for an Assistant Project Production Manager to work closely with the Production Project Manager in Rabat.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor production schedules and coordinate with external industrial partners.
• Assist in launching and tracking orders, ensuring timely delivery.
• Manage packaging and raw material supplies.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as product development, quality, regulatory, purchasing, and logistics.
• Update tracking tables and produce project reports.
• Verify technical production documents (BAT, packaging specifications, references, nomenclatures).
• Help prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines.
• Oversee industrial tests and validations before product launch.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of production processes.

Required profile

• Master’s level education (Bac+5) in business, engineering, supply chain, production management or equivalent.
• First experience through an internship in the cosmetics, food, or industrial sector is appreciated.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage priorities.
• Attention to detail, autonomy, and rigor.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Professional level English is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Competence with standard office software.
