À propos du poste
Un centre de formation en anglais, basé à Sidi Maârouf, recrute une assistante commerciale pour son compte via un cabinet de recrutement. Le poste est à temps plein et se situe à Casablanca.
Missions principales
- Accueillir et orienter les clients.
- Présenter les programmes de formation et accompagner les prospects.
- Assurer le suivi des demandes d'information et des inscriptions.
- Participer aux actions commerciales et de fidélisation.
- Veiller à la qualité de l'expérience client.
Profil recherché
- Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit.
- Très bon sens de la communication et du relationnel.
- Dynamisme, organisation et sens du service.
- Une première expérience dans un poste similaire est un atout.
