Associate Director for International Student Recruitment

About the role

Global University Systems (GUS) is seeking an Associate Director to lead international student recruitment across Morocco. This senior position will shape the growth strategy, build new market opportunities, and manage relationships with education agents and high‑profile clients.

Key responsibilities

• Drive enrolments by managing the full recruitment cycle with agents throughout Morocco.
• Identify and develop new markets and revenue streams to support rapid growth.
• Lead sales and marketing initiatives, using industry trends to inform strategic planning and forecasting.
• Prioritise high‑potential opportunities and negotiate partnerships with B2B education agents.
• Maintain strong relationships with students, agents, and institutional partners, ensuring expectations align with deliverables.

Required profile

• Proven experience in student recruitment for French higher‑education institutions.
• Professional fluency in French.
• Minimum a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Extensive background in the education sector, particularly colleges or universities.
• Track record of creating strategies to acquire business in new and existing regions.
• Experience working with B2B education‑agent partnerships and international student recruitment.
