Associate Director – Supply Chain

About the role

As Associate Director of Supply Chain, you will lead end‑to‑end supply‑chain operations for Nestlé’s North West Africa Cluster, ensuring seamless, resilient processes that drive both top‑line growth and bottom‑line performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, customer service and distribution across the cluster.
• Translate cluster business strategy into operational execution and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Manage external partners including customers, contract manufacturers and logistics service providers to optimise costs and service levels.
• Drive reduction of total distribution cost and improve logistics efficiency through new initiatives.
• Coach, mentor and develop supply‑chain talent, building succession pipelines and a high‑performance culture.
• Lead safety and health leadership agenda across the geographical scope.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in supply‑chain management, preferably within a multinational consumer‑goods environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence internal and external partners.
• Track record of delivering operational excellence and cost‑reduction projects.
• Excellent communication and people‑development capabilities.
