Associate Manager, Commercial Excellence & Sales Operations

About the role

As an Associate Manager for Commercial Excellence & Sales Operations, you will support BIC World’s North Africa markets by driving sales performance, maintaining accurate commercial data, and ensuring smooth order‑to‑cash processes. You will work closely with sales, supply chain, and finance teams to deliver actionable insights and improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate, maintain and communicate commercial targets and KPIs across channels and markets.
• Develop, automate and maintain sales dashboards and performance reports using Power BI, Assabil, RED and Excel.
• Monitor business performance, analyze sales trends and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Track inventory health across distributors and ensure alignment between sales‑in and sales‑out.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer master data, including segmentation and GPS coordinates.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of the Assabil CRM platform across North Africa.
• Coordinate order‑to‑cash processes with Supply Chain and Customer Service, monitoring service levels and case fill performance.
• Analyze back‑orders, support replenishment planning and manage stock for distributors.
• Monitor distributor performance, support cash collection and validate commercial agreements.
