Associate Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Hiring

About the role

Publicis Global Delivery is seeking a proactive Associate Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead full‑cycle recruitment across its international business units. You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to attract, assess, and secure high‑quality talent while delivering a consistent, positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates using direct sourcing techniques, primarily LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams.
• Manage the offer process, including preparation of contracts and negotiation support.
• Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment reports.
• Handle multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring compliance with internal policies and timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing tools.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment reporting.
• Strong communication, stakeholder‑management, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English; French is a strong advantage.
