Atlassian Cloud Migration Consultant – Casablanca

About the role

We are looking for an Atlassian Cloud Migration Consultant to join our Casablanca office. You will help enterprise customers move their Jira and Confluence environments to Atlassian Cloud, ensuring a secure and user‑friendly transition.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing Jira and Confluence Cloud/Data Center setups, including configurations, customisations, apps and integrations.
• Design scalable, future‑oriented Atlassian Cloud solutions.
• Execute migration activities using Atlassian migration tools and best practices.
• Evaluate Marketplace apps for cloud compatibility and define migration approaches.
• Configure and optimise cloud environments, workflows, permissions and automations.
• Support customers with user management, SSO integrations and cloud governance.
• Advise on Atlassian Cloud best practices and drive user adoption.
• Troubleshoot migration issues and support post‑migration optimisation.
• Collaborate with consultants, developers and international project teams.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Background in Atlassian administration, consulting and migration projects.
• Good understanding of Atlassian Cloud and Data Center environments.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in international teams.
