B2B Sales Executive (Remote, EST Hours)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated B2B Sales Executive to join Calls Experts’ remote team. You will work EST hours, generating qualified opportunities for our closing team across AI, finance and marketing domains.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume cold calls to generate and qualify B2B leads.
• Engage decision‑makers and manage the sales pipeline in the CRM.
• Track and follow up on prospects to support deal closure.
• Prepare customer data, spreadsheets and digital records.
• Monitor KPIs and collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, lead generation or appointment setting.
• Strong communication, persuasion and objection‑handling abilities.
• Proven experience engaging decision‑makers, preferably in SaaS/tech.
• High work ethic, accountability and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Familiarity with dialer systems.
• Experience using CRM platforms.

What we offer

• Base salary of $700 USD per month.
• Performance‑based bonus up to $500 USD.
