B2B Sales Manager - Travel

About the role

The Sales Manager - B2B is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with sub-agents. The role promotes and sells travel products and services through the Cozmo B2B platform (Trav Trolley) and aims to deliver high levels of client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• B2B account management: build and maintain long-term partnerships with sub-agents, drive sales through the Cozmo B2B platform and meet revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, stay updated on travel products and industry trends, and resolve client issues promptly.
• Prepare sales reports, analyse performance metrics and forecast future sales.
• Expand the network of sub-agents and identify potential clients through networking and market research, meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track booking trends from sub-agents to find optimisation opportunities and use the CRM to record client interactions and transactions.
• Implement best practices in sales processes and reporting, monitor performance metrics and streamline operations.
• Research competitors and promote the company's brand values.

Required profile

• Associate degree (Bac+2).
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in B2B travel sales in the Dubai market, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of travel technology and GDS systems, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English with a basic understanding of Arabic and French.
• Willingness to travel extensively and a strong network within B2B travel.

Required skills

• MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Knowledge of GDS such as Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo, and familiarity with airline booking portals
• CRM usage
