B2C-B2M Automation Specialist

About the role

Pluxee is seeking a B2C‑B2M Automation Specialist to design, implement and optimise marketing automation strategies for both consumer and merchant audiences. You will drive personalised campaigns, lead‑generation workflows and CRM integrations that boost engagement, retention and conversion across the ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise B2C and B2M automation platforms such as Brevo and HubSpot.
• Design audience segmentation and personalisation tactics for automated campaigns.
• Plan, execute and continuously improve email and lifecycle campaigns based on behavioural triggers and real‑time data.
• Develop lead‑generation and nurturing workflows to increase merchant lead quality and conversion.
• Maintain and refine lead‑scoring models to prioritise high‑value prospects.
• Support growth initiatives through audience expansion, database management, list sourcing, enrichment and activation.
• Ensure seamless integration with CRM tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse insights and optimise ROI, LTV and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with digital marketing, product and sales teams to align automation with business goals.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of proven experience in marketing automation, preferably in B2C or B2M contexts.
• Hands‑on expertise with automation platforms such as Brevo or HubSpot.
• Strong knowledge of audience segmentation, personalisation, lifecycle marketing and lead management.
• Experience with lead acquisition, database management and outbound marketing is a plus.
