B737 Captain – Casablanca

About the role

Royal Air Maroc is seeking an experienced B737 Captain to operate its fleet from Casablanca. The successful candidate will join a well‑established carrier known for operational excellence and a growing international network.

Key responsibilities

• Operate B737 aircraft as Pilot‑in‑Command on scheduled and charter flights.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory and company procedures.
• Conduct pre‑flight planning, briefings and post‑flight debriefings.
• Lead the flight crew and manage in‑flight operations, including emergency handling.

Required profile

• Minimum 1,000 hours as Pilot‑in‑Command on B737NG or B737MAX.
• Valid B737NG/MAX type rating with a flight on type within the last 12 months.
• Current Class 1 Medical certificate.
• ICAO Level 4 English proficiency.
