B737NG/MAX First Officer – Immediate Hire

About the role

Royal Air Maroc is seeking experienced B737NG or B737MAX First Officers for immediate recruitment. The position is based in Casablanca with a start date planned for July or August 2026. Successful candidates will join a leading African carrier operating an extensive network across Europe, North America, South America, Africa, and the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Operate B737NG or B737MAX aircraft on scheduled commercial routes in compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with captains, cabin crew, and ground personnel to ensure smooth flight operations.
• Maintain accurate flight logs, reports, and documentation.
• Participate in pre‑flight planning, briefings, and post‑flight debriefings.
• Adhere to company SOPs, emergency procedures, and quality assurance programs.

Required profile

• Minimum 300 PIC hours on B737NG or B737MAX (or 1,000 PIC hours for captains).
• Recent flight on the type within the past 12 months is preferred.
• Valid B737NG/B737MAX type rating.
• Class 1 medical certificate.
• Strong command of English for communication and documentation.
