Back-office Social Media Manager (German & English) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Back‑office Social Media Manager who is fluent in German and English to join our remote team. You will support global clients by coordinating social media campaigns and ensuring smooth operational delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and provide day‑to‑day operational support across social media campaigns.
• Manage creative briefings, align timelines with agencies and ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Upload and manage creative assets on Meta platforms.
• Follow internal procedures and SOPs, collaborating with internal teams for issue resolution.
• Handle sensitive customer data securely and apply best practices for customer happiness.
• Maintain deep understanding of client solutions, meet KPI targets and communicate with developers and cross‑functional specialists.

Required profile

• Excellent German and English (minimum C1) in speaking and writing.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering tasks reliably and on schedule.
• Positive, proactive and responsible attitude.
• Personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload).

Required skills

• Meta platform (Facebook/Instagram) asset management.
