Backend PHP Developer

About the role

L’Artisan RH is recruiting for its client, an international fintech company, a Backend PHP Developer to join its technical team. As a Backend PHP Developer, you will contribute to the development, integration and continuous improvement of a scalable payment platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and integrate new offers according to business requirements
• Build and maintain connections between partners, offers and the platform
• Participate in development, integration and unit testing throughout project phases
• Contribute to technical and architecture discussions
• Maintain, troubleshoot and evolve existing developments
• Identify and diagnose technical issues and proactively propose solutions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform and development practices

Required profile

• Autonomous, adaptable, rigorous and well organised
• Comfortable working in an Agile environment
• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Clear communication skills in English
• Genuine interest in new technologies and continuous learning
• Comfortable investigating technical incidents end‑to‑end

• PHP 8 development (2+ years)
• OOP, Composer and PostgreSQL
• MVC architecture
• Laravel or Symfony
• REST APIs and SOAP/XML Web Services
• Git/GitLab and CI/CD pipelines
• Docker and AWS
• PHPStorm, Jira and Confluence
