This role is pivotal in driving client acquisition and retention across the MENA region, leveraging the company’s cutting‑edge online trading platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and build lasting relationships with potential clients worldwide.
- Present the innovative trading platform in a clear, engaging manner.
- Guide clients through the account‑opening process, ensuring compliance and satisfaction.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and support teams to meet and exceed business targets.
Desired Profile:
- Fluency in Arabic (Classic or Gulf accent) and English (C1–C2), both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Motivated, proactive, and results‑oriented mindset.
- Based in Morocco, preferably Rabat or nearby cities such as Temara, Salé, or Kenitra.
