Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service and Sales Specialist to join our call‑center team in Rabat. The role involves handling customer interactions via chat and phone, resolving issues, recommending products and ensuring complete satisfaction in both English and French.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through chat and telephone, providing accurate information and solutions.
• Identify sales opportunities, recommend appropriate products, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Deliver courteous and efficient service while adhering to schedule and performance targets.
• Collaborate with team members to meet collective goals and share best practices.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English and French, both written and verbal.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a passion for helping people.
• Enthusiastic about promoting and selling products.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced computer environment with good organizational skills.
• Reliable punctuality and respect for work schedules.
