Foundever, a leading global contact center, is expanding its operations in Rabat and seeks a dedicated Bilingual Employee Relations Specialist to support a well‑known Canadian brand. The successful candidate will serve as the main point of contact for all team members, handling inquiries related to workplace policies, benefits, and procedures through phone and email. They will be responsible for providing accurate, concise answers, escalating complex issues to the appropriate specialists, and ensuring that all requests are logged, tracked, and closed in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Act as the first line of support for employee questions and concerns.
- Deliver clear, accurate information on policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
- Handle sensitive matters with discretion, empathy, and professionalism.
- Document and follow up on all requests to guarantee proper resolution.
- Identify recurring issues and propose simple, effective solutions to improve workflow.
Required qualifications:
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Prior experience in a call center, customer service, or HR support environment.
- Strong communication skills, including clear phone etiquette and polished email writing.
- Excellent listening and de‑escalation abilities.
- Professional handling of confidential information.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
Preferred qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
- Experience with employee relations or internal support teams.
