Bilingual French-English Customer Support Consultant (Remote)

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a native‑French, C1‑level English speaker to join its global Customer Support team. You will work remotely, providing first‑line assistance to clients across 60 languages and helping them navigate complex software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding phone and email support, managing incoming tickets and ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Perform first‑level troubleshooting, guide users through software workflows, settings and configuration screens.
• Escalate complex cases to internal specialists and maintain clear ticket documentation.
• Contribute to knowledge‑base updates and stay current with product and process changes.
• Handle sensitive customer data securely and communicate with developers and cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Native French speaker with excellent written and spoken English (C1 level).
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing support role, preferably B2B or software‑focused.
• Structured, process‑oriented approach to troubleshooting and ticket handling.
• Fast learner, proactive attitude and ability to work independently from a home office.
• Personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM and a stable internet connection (≥50 Mbps download, ≥40 Mbps upload).

Required skills

• Remote‑desktop tools such as Splashtop, TeamViewer or AnyDesk.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Basic SQL or database awareness.
• Knowledge of ERP/accounting platforms (Exact Globe, Exact Online, SAP, Odoo).
• Understanding of electronic invoicing standards like Peppol.
