Bilingual Inside Sales Representative / Lead Setter

About the role

The Inside Sales Representative / Lead Setter will work remotely to engage prospects, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for design experts. Reporting to the Senior Call Center Manager, you will use phone, email and social media to build relationships with potential clients in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and follow up on lead opportunities promptly.
• Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email and social media to introduce products and set appointments.
• Assess client needs to determine fit and provide qualified leads to the sales team.
• Schedule appointments while meeting daily performance goals.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales team and senior setters to improve lead generation strategies.
• Participate in weekly coaching sessions and daily huddles.
• Achieve call‑center metrics and script adherence.

Required profile

• Fluent in both French and English.
• Experience in a remote call‑center or inside‑sales environment.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong communication, organization and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Experience using sales tools and platforms.
