About the role
Our multinational corporation is recruiting bilingual customer service representatives to handle inbound and outbound calls for a leading Canadian entertainment company. You will join a young, dynamic team focused on delivering excellent service and promoting the brand.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer transactions efficiently.
- Present, promote, and enhance the brand’s products and services.
- Master and communicate procedures, product specifications, sales terms, and legal obligations.
- Follow company policies on security and confidentiality.
Required profile
- Fluent in English and French.
- Strong interpersonal communication and empathy.
- Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Sales‑oriented mindset and ability to work night shifts.
