Bilingual Sales Representative (English/French)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual English‑French Sales Representative to join our remote team on a full‑time basis. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to drive new business, nurture client relationships, and support daily administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and emails.
• Prospect, qualify, and convert potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate air‑duct cleaning, HVAC, and insulation solutions.
• Provide market feedback and client insights to management.
• Assist with scheduling, follow‑ups, and coordination across departments.
• Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work independently from a dedicated workspace.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using email and phone communication tools.
