Bilingual Sales Representative (French/English) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual (French & English) Sales Representative to join our remote team. In this full‑time position you will work closely with the Sales Manager to drive new business and nurture existing client relationships for our air‑duct cleaning and HVAC services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls and emails to prospect and qualify potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial and industrial customers.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate cleaning, HVAC or insulation solutions.
• Provide regular feedback to management on market trends and client interactions.
• Support scheduling, follow‑ups and the overall sales process to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of proven sales experience.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and French.
• Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and a dedicated workspace that guarantees confidentiality.
