Bilingual Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual English‑French Sales Representative to join our remote team on a long‑term basis. You will work closely with the Sales Manager, handling both sales and administrative duties to support daily operations and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound sales activities, including calls and emails.
• Prospect and qualify potential clients, building strong relationships.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate air‑duct, HVAC, or insulation solutions.
• Provide feedback on client interactions and market trends to management.
• Support scheduling, follow‑ups, and coordination with other departments.
• Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
• Fluency in English and French (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Dedicated workspace that ensures confidentiality and focus.
