Bilingual Sales Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual English‑French Sales Representative to join our remote team on a full‑time basis. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to drive inbound and outbound sales, qualify prospects, and support daily administrative tasks for a leading Canadian air‑quality services company.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and emails.
• Prospect, qualify, and nurture potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate duct‑cleaning, HVAC, or insulation solutions.
• Provide market feedback and client insights to management.
• Support scheduling, follow‑ups, and coordination with internal departments.
• Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and French.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work independently from a dedicated workspace.
