Bilingual Telecom Sales Advisor (French & English)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Bilingual Telecom Sales Advisor to join our outbound sales team in Casablanca. You will engage French‑ and English‑speaking customers, promote TELUS International’s digital solutions, and help grow our client base.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and manage outbound sales calls to existing customers across multiple markets.
• Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through upselling and closing deals.
• Accurately record interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of TELUS product offerings, market trends, and competitors.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and other departments to optimise the sales process.

Required profile

• Fluent in both French and English (verbal and written).
• Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing or a similar role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive approach.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and adaptability.
