Bilingual Tour Guide – French & English

About the role

OceanAir Travels seeks a professional, enthusiastic Tour Guide fluent in French and English to deliver memorable travel experiences across Morocco. You will lead groups, share in‑depth knowledge of Moroccan history, culture and attractions, and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction throughout each tour.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage guided tours for individuals and groups across various Moroccan destinations.
• Welcome guests, explain itineraries, attractions, local customs and cultural experiences.
• Provide engaging commentary in both French and English.
• Ensure guest safety, comfort and overall satisfaction during the tour.
• Coordinate with drivers, hotels, restaurants and operational teams for seamless execution.
• Address guest inquiries, requests and resolve any issues that arise.
• Monitor schedules and keep activities aligned with planned itineraries.
• Handle unexpected situations professionally and maintain OceanAir’s service standards.
• Collect guest feedback and report observations to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a tour guide, tour leader or in a tourism‑related role.
• Fluency in French and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan history, culture, geography and tourist attractions.
• Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage groups of varying sizes and nationalities.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude and flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
• Tour guide certification or related tourism qualifications preferred.
