Bilingual Virtual Customer Support Agent (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop App is looking for a bilingual Virtual Customer Support Agent to join its fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering assistance in both French and English across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in French and English.
• Assist customers with order issues, technical concerns, and general questions.
• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional support in every interaction.
• Navigate and document interactions using tools such as Zendesk and Salesforce.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency (C1/C2) in French and English, written and spoken.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in BPO, call centre or SaaS environments.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends if needed.
• Reliable home office setup: stable internet (≥25 Mbps), computer (Intel i5 or equivalent), quiet workspace, and quality headset.
• Strong communication, empathy and problem‑solving abilities.
