About the role
Cresco Labs is seeking a dynamic Brand Field Representative to drive the growth of its portfolio of cannabis brands across dispensary accounts in Massachusetts. You will act as the primary liaison between the company and retail partners, building strong relationships and delivering tailored marketing solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute account‑based marketing plans for each dispensary.
- Create and nurture significant relationships with retail partners to expand brand presence.
- Accelerate product pull‑through by implementing merchandising, menu placement, and visibility strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align brand initiatives with retailer needs.
- Identify and solve challenges that arise in the retail environment to achieve sales goals.
Required profile
