Brand Manager – Consumer‑Focused Marketing Role

About the role

Join Procter & Gamble as a Brand Manager in Casablanca, where you will drive consumer‑centric growth for key product brands. You will own the brand’s profit‑and‑loss decisions, develop integrated brand plans, and translate consumer insights into winning market actions.

Key responsibilities

• Own P&L investment decisions to maximize regional profitability within the portfolio growth plan.
• Develop and execute the Integrated Brand Plan, aligning with consumer, shopper and customer insights.
• Collaborate across functions (sales, finance, R&D, trade) to ensure brand strategies are implemented effectively.
• Identify and act on market opportunities, driving innovation and brand growth.
• Monitor brand performance and adjust tactics to meet sales and market share targets.
• Participate in continuous learning programs and receive mentorship to enhance marketing expertise.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience in marketing or brand management.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking with a focus on consumer insights.
• Leadership potential, including experience in leading or mentoring others.
• Ability to work effectively in a multifunctional environment and solve problems creatively.
