Brand Manager

About the role

The Brand Manager will act as a strategic leader for the Morocco, Tunisia, and Algeria (MTA) cluster, defining and executing brand strategy in line with global and regional directives. The role drives brand growth, market share, and customer engagement through innovative, compliant marketing initiatives and oversees end‑to‑end product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Define and champion the brand vision, positioning, and strategic roadmap for the MTA cluster, including pipeline assets and upcoming launches.
• Lead cross‑functional brand teams to ensure integrated planning, launch preparedness, and consistent execution across all channels.
• Develop and execute tactical launch plans, omnichannel campaigns, and promotional materials while ensuring compliance with SOPs and Code of Conduct.
• Monitor brand and launch performance through KPIs, market analytics, and customer feedback, adjusting strategies to optimize outcomes.
• Manage brand and launch budgets, forecasts, and ROI‑focused investments.
• Engage with HCPs, KOLs, and key institutions to generate insights, tailor messaging, and support product adoption.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Sales, Supply Chain, and Global Marketing to ensure launch readiness.

Required profile

• Strategic leadership with experience in brand management across multiple markets.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive integrated brand initiatives.
• Strong budget management and forecasting skills.
• Excellent analytical mindset to monitor performance and adjust strategies.
