Brand Manager – North Africa (Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria)

About the role

The Brand Manager will lead the development and execution of the brand strategy for the Morocco‑Tunisia‑Algeria (MTA) cluster. Reporting to regional marketing leadership, the role ensures the brand’s growth, market share and customer engagement through innovative, compliant campaigns and successful product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Define and champion the brand vision, positioning and roadmap for the MTA cluster, including upcoming pipeline assets.
• Lead cross‑functional brand teams to plan, prepare and execute end‑to‑end product launches, coordinating with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Sales and Global Marketing.
• Develop and implement omnichannel, customer‑centric tactical plans that comply with internal SOPs and Code of Conduct.
• Monitor brand and launch performance using KPIs, market analytics and customer feedback, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Manage brand and launch budgets, forecasts and ROI analysis.
• Engage HCPs and KOLs to gather insights that shape positioning, value propositions and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Build strategic partnerships with key institutions to support product adoption and market penetration.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading brand strategy and product launches in a pharmaceutical or healthcare environment.
• Strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills across multiple markets.
• Ability to translate market insights into actionable launch and growth plans.
• Excellent analytical mindset with experience tracking performance metrics.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Arabic is a plus.
