Business Analyst Program - Casablanca

About the role
Join a fast‑paced consulting environment in Casablanca as part of a Business Analyst Program. You will work in small teams to diagnose client challenges, develop data‑driven recommendations, and support implementation of lasting solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with 3‑5 consultant teams to analyse client data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Formulate hypotheses, test them, and craft actionable recommendations.
- Present findings to client management and assist with implementation.
- Travel to client sites when required.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with a willingness to tackle ambiguous problems.
- Resilience, curiosity and a drive for continuous learning.
- Ability to work collaboratively in diverse, high‑performing teams.
