Business Analyst – Talent Pool (Pharma MarTech)

About the role

Viseven Group is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Talent Pool, supporting pharma and life‑science clients worldwide. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into clear technical requirements and help shape digital transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand and solve complex business challenges.
• Analyze, elicit, and document business requirements, converting them into technical specifications.
• Partner with Solutions Consultants, UX/UI Designers, Product and Project Managers, and Technical Writers for product scoping, planning, development, delivery, and support.
• Prepare and manage technical requirements throughout the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Create and deliver solution presentations to stakeholders.
• Work closely with development teams and participate in User Acceptance Testing.
• Lead collaboration initiatives to improve quality and identify best practices.

Required profile

• Upper‑Intermediate English (written and verbal).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in an Agile environment.
• Strong ability to analyse and document complex business processes.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Comfortable working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders at all management levels.

Required skills

• Project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Office 365 suite.
• Visualization tools (e.g., Figma, Axure RP).
• Knowledge of business process modeling techniques and tools.
