Business Consultant - Compliance & RegTech Delivery

About the role

A global RegTech business, which has served more than 1,500 banks and financial institutions in 80 countries, is hiring its second employee for a new Casablanca office. The role acts as trusted advisor to banking and financial institution clients and supports the delivery of the compliance platform used for AML, KYC and fraud operations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to banking and financial institution clients through full implementation of the compliance platform
• Run client workshops to capture regulatory and operational requirements and turn them into clear specifications
• Configure business rules, workflows, reports and data logic to match each client's needs
• Deliver end-user training so client teams can run the platform with confidence
• Feed field insight back to Product and Pre-Sales so the next rollout moves faster

Required profile

• Banking background, with compliance experience ideally touching AML or KYC directly
• Genuine client-facing experience, not back-office or internal-only
• Strong communication: able to translate between compliance officers and engineers
• Fluent English, French and Arabic
• Degree in business, economics, finance, law or business informatics
• Openness to roughly 30% travel
