About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is seeking a German‑speaking Business Development Associate Manager to lead an inside‑sales team in Casablanca. You will guide the team, ensure effective communication, and drive project success.

Key responsibilities

Provide clear direction and guidance to team members.
Identify and address team member training needs.
Facilitate open and effective communication within the team.
Collaborate with team members to find creative solutions to challenges.
Allocate resources effectively to optimise project outcomes.
Report regularly on team progress and key performance indicators.

Required profile

Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and engage team members.
Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
