Business Development Leader – Micromobility (Electric 2W/3W)

About the role

Stellantis is expanding its micromobility ecosystem and seeks experienced Business Development Leaders to drive growth of electric two- and three-wheel solutions across emerging urban markets. The role will shape go-to-market strategies, forge strategic partnerships and support the launch of new mobility services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities for electric 2W/3W mobility in target regions.
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans, product positioning and commercial initiatives.
• Build and manage partnerships with mobility startups, technology providers, distributors, fleet operators and urban platforms.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing and regional commercial teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support the launch, scaling and operational readiness of micromobility solutions.
• Prepare business cases and growth plans for new offerings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development within electric two- or three-wheel ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of urban mobility markets and partnership dynamics.
• Ability to analyse market data, regulatory environments and competitive trends.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
